1. 30-Day Risk-Free Return

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
• Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at rylox.store@gmail.com with your order number.
• Note: For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
• Shipped Orders Before Delivery: If an order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, and the customer requests to cancel the order or receive a refund, a fixed shipping and return handling fee of $140 USD will be deducted from the refund amount.

2. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Your peace of mind is our priority. Every RYLOX product is covered by a 1-year comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects.

• What's Covered: Major components including the motor, battery, and frame.
• What's Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
• Solution: We will provide free repair services, replacement parts, or a full replacement depending on the nature of the defect.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• For shipped orders that have not yet been delivered, the $140 USD shipping and return handling fee will be deducted before the refund is issued.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement for you at no additional cost.
